****The Rules****

1.  Mandatory Screening Requirements :To book an appointment, you must provide one of the following verifiable forms of identification

-Provider References: Two verifiable references from active, reputable independent providers whom you have seen within the last 12 months.

-Employment Verification: Verification of professional standing, such as a link to your active LinkedIn profile, a professional website, or a photo of your business card matching your ID.

-Government ID: A clear, unedited photo of your valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License). You may block out your sensitive identification numbers, but your full name, birth  date, and photo must be clearly visible.

2. Safety and Comfort Standards

• Hotel Requirements Property Standard: 

-Bookings are strictly limited to upscale, 4-star or 5-star luxury hotels. Mid-range motels, extended-stay lodges, or budget properties are not accepted.

-The room must be registered under your name, and you must be fully checked in before my arrival. Please provide the room number via your secure contact method once you are settled.

-Incognito Arrival: If the property requires a keycard to access the guest elevators, you must meet me discreetly in the main lobby or arrange for elevator access so my arrival remains completely unnoticed.

• Private Residence Requirements Ownership & Privacy: 

-The residence must be your own private home or apartment. Shared living spaces with roommates, family members, or guests present in the building are strictly forbidden.

-Enhanced Screening: For residential outcalls, I require an extra layer of screening verification (such as a professional LinkedIn link or employer check) to cross-reference the address with your identity before I depart.

-Parking Logistics: Please provide clear instructions regarding where I can park discreetly (e.g., a private driveway, a designated guest spot, or an attached garage).

-Comfort & Etiquette StandardsCleanliness: The space must be  clean, fresh, and temperature-controlled for maximum comfort.

-Absolute Discretion: No third parties, hidden cameras, smart-home recording devices, or audio equipment may be active in the space. Violation of this rule results in an immediate departure without a refund.

3.  Communication Rules

-First Contact: All initial inquiries must be made via Text communication or booking through this site.

-Required Details: Your first message must include your preferred date, time, duration, location, and your chosen screening method.

-Explicit Language: Absolutely no explicit, crude, or overtly sexual language is tolerated in communications. Inappropriate messages will result in an immediate block.

4.  Deposit & Payment Policies 

-Screening Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your time slot once your screening is approved.

-Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately upon arrival, prior to the start of our time together.

-Accepted Forms: Payments are accepted in Cash, Crypto, CCBill only.

5. Discretion & Conduct Boundaries 

-Strict Privacy: I protect your anonymity fiercely and expect the exact same courtesy. No photos, videos, or audio recordings are permitted at any time.

-Sobriety Policy: You must be entirely sober for our meeting. I reserve the right to leave immediately without a refund if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol unless previously discussed.

-Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, if I feel unsafe or if boundaries are crossed.
